摘  要:为有效降低整车怠速噪声水平,运用传递路径分析(TPA)方法,对某车型怠速车内噪声开展了系统性测试和分析,识别出传递到车内噪声的重要成分是燃油泵的阶次噪声,且其主要通过结构路径传递,并根据噪声传递函数(NTF)分析获得该车型传递路径中最敏感的环节为油箱隔离软垫与车身间的传递,提出增加该处阻尼和选用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)隔离软垫的优化方案。试验结果表明,该方案可有效降低燃油泵传递到车内的阶次噪声,从而显著降低整车怠速噪声。To effectively reduce vehicle idle noise,this paper presents a systematical study on the idle noise of a passenger vehicle using the TPA(Transfer Path Analysis)method,and identifies that the key component of noise transferred to the interior is step noise of fuel pump,that is transferred through structural path.Furthermore,the most sensitive structural transfer paths are found by NTF(Noise Transfer Function),which are the key paths between fuel tank isolators and BIW,an optimization scheme is proposed that adds damping and selects Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer(EPDM)as isolator.Test results demonstrate that the scheme can effectively reduce fuel pump step order transferred to the interior,thus reduce vehicle idle noise significantly.
