摘　　要：落枕是一种急性单纯性颈项强通、活动受限的病证,多见于成年人,冬春季节好发,中、老年患者落枕往往是颈椎病变的反映,易反复发作。中医认为本病为颈部脉络受损,气血瘀滞于局部,气血运行不畅“不通则痛”,临床中多采用针灸、推拿、拔罐、刮痧的方法进行治疗,效果显著。文章从治疗2例落枕患者着手,对青龙摆尾针法治疗落枕的作用进行分析,为针灸临床工作者治疗落枕提供参考。The stiff neck is an acute simple syndrome with neck stiffness and limited movement,which is common in adults.The stiff neck mostly incidence in spring and Autumn.Middle and old patients with stiff neck are often reflected in cervical spondylopathy,and repeated episodes.According to Traditional Chinese Medicine,the disease is caused by damaged neck veins,stagnation of Qi and blood in the local area,the movement of Qi and blood is not smooth,''pain caused by blocking by dredging''.Acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,cupping and scraping are commonly used in clinical treatment,and the effect is remarkable.The article based on the treatment of 2 patients with stiff neck,and analyzed the effect of Green-dragon-wagging-tail on the treatment of stiff neck,and provided reference for clinical workers of acupuncture and moxibustion to treat stiff neck.
