摘  要:目的研究人工智能(AI)诊疗系统对颅内未破裂动脉瘤(UIA)破裂风险评估,以及依据评估结果制定个体化治疗策略的应用价值。方法对26例颅内未破裂动脉瘤患者(共29个动脉瘤)采用颅内动脉瘤智能辅助诊疗系统进行动脉瘤破裂风险评估,并根据评估结果采用相应治疗策略。在患者出院及术后3个月时用改良Rankin量表(mRS)评判预后。结果本组患者29个未破裂动脉瘤破裂风险评估为低、中、高、极高的分别为6、10、12、1个;其中采用动脉瘤夹闭治疗4个、血管内介入治疗5个、血管搭桥术1个、保守治疗19个。所有患者出院时mRS评分均≤3分;术后30 d随访时,23例患者(88.5%)mRS评分≤3分。结论人工智能诊疗系统评估未破裂动脉瘤的破裂风险,可辅助临床医师选择合理的治疗方案,使患者的预后得到改善。Objective To study the application value of artificial intelligence(AI)diagnosis and treatment system in risk assessment of unruptured intracranial aneurysms(UIA),and to formulate individualized treatment strategies based on the evaluation results.Methods 26 patients(29 aneurysms)with UIA were enrolled in this study.The risk of aneurysm rupture was assessed by intelligent auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system of intracranial aneurysm,and the corresponding treatment strategy was adopted according to the evaluation results.The modified Rankin Scale(MRS)was used to evaluate the prognosis at the time of discharge and 3 months after operation.Results Among the 29 unruptured aneurysms,6,10,12 and 1 were low,medium,high and extremely high risk assessment among them,4 aneurysms were clipped,5 were treated by endovascular interventional therapy,1 by vascular bypass and 19 by conservative treatment.Mrs scores of all patients were less than or equal to 3 at discharge,and 23 patients(88.5%)had Mrs≤3 points at 30 days follow-up.Conclusion The AI diagnosis and treatment system can help clinicians choose reasonable treatment plan and improve the prognosis of patients.
