摘 要:现有无刷直流电动机换相转矩脉动抑制方法普遍存在模型复杂、过分依赖于电机本体参数导致计算困难的问题。从两相导通无刷直流电动机换相转矩脉动产生的根源出发,提出一种基于电流预测控制的无刷直流电动机直接转矩控制系统换相转矩脉动抑制方法。换相期间采用关断相和导通相脉宽调制控制策略抑制低速、高速范围的换相转矩脉动,换相计算需要的期望转矩由转矩控制环输出,通过转矩电流关系得出非换相相预测电流值。相比传统方法,该方法在电流预测过程中不需要经过复杂的公式变换,不依赖于难以测量的电感等电机本体参数,不需要进行估算,预测过程更为简单、高效,预测结果更为准确。仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性。The existing methods of commutation torque ripple suppression of brushless DC motor generally had the problems of complex model and over dependence on motor parameters,which leaded to calculation difficulties.Based on the root cause of commutation torque ripple of two-phase conduction brushless DC motor,a commutation torque ripple suppression method of brushless DC motor direct torque control system based on current predictive control was proposed.During commutation,the PWM strategy of off phase and on phase was used to suppress commutation torque ripple in low speed and high speed range.The expected torque required for commutation calculation was output by torque control loop,and the predicted current value of non commutation was obtained by torque current relationship.Compared with the traditional method,the current prediction process of the proposed method did not need to go through complex formula conversion,and did not depend on the motor parameters such as inductance which was difficult to measure.The prediction process was more simple and efficient,and the prediction result was more accurate.Simulation results showed the effectiveness of the proposed method.
