摘 要:绝缘纸是电力变压器的主要绝缘材料,纳米改性可提高其机械老化性能与电老化性能,从而提高变压器的稳定运行水平。制备了纳米SiO2改性绝缘纸,并测试了纳米SiO2改性绝缘纸的拉伸强度与击穿电压,获得了纳米SiO2改性绝缘纸拉伸强度与击穿电压随SiO2含量的变化规律,并分析了变化原因。结果表明:纳米SiO2改性绝缘纸的拉伸强度与击穿电压均随着SiO2含量的增加先增大后减小,2项参数均在SiO2含量约为3%时达到了极大值,纳米SiO2对绝缘纸机械老化性能与电老化性能的提升效应存在一定的边界效应。Insulating paper is the main insulating material for power transformers.Nanometer modification can improve the mechanical and electrical aging properties of the insulating paper,so as to improve the stable operation level of the transformers.Nano-SiO2 modified insulating paper was prepared,and the tensile strength and breakdown voltage of nano-SiO2 modified insulating paper were tested.The variation rule of tensile strength and breakdown voltage of nano-SiO2 modified insulating paper with the content of SiO2 was obtained,and the reasons for the change were presented.The results showed that the tensile strength and breakdown voltage of nano-SiO2 modified insulating paper increased first and then decreased with the increase of SiO2 content,and both parameters reached the maximum value when SiO2 content was about 3%.There was a certain boundary eff ect of nano-SiO2 on the improvement of mechanical and electrical aging performance of insulating paper.
