摘 要:荧光分子主要应用于化学分析、生物识别、光电传感以及疾病治疗等方面,传统的荧光分子由于会发生聚集诱导猝灭(ACQ)现象而不能被广泛地应用于生物领域。随着科技的快速发展,发现了具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)特性的荧光分子,从而很好地解决了ACQ问题。介绍了近年来荧光分子在细胞成像、生物识别以及杀菌抗癌等生物领域的应用,这些荧光分子普遍具有亲和力强、靶向性好、细胞毒性低以及光稳定性强等优点,并对荧光分子应用前景作了展望。Fluorescent molecules are mainly used in chemical analysis,biometrics,photoelectric sensing and disease treatment etc.Traditional fluorescent molecules have not been widely used in biology due to aggregation-induced quenching(ACQ).With the rapid development of science and technology,a kind of fluorescent molecules with aggregation-induced luminescence(AIE)properties have been discovered,which solves the problem of ACQ.This article introduces the application of some fluorescent molecules in biology such as cell imaging,bio-recognition,bactericidal and anti-cancer etc.These fluorescent molecules generally have the advantages of strong affinity,good targeting,low cytotoxicity and strong photostability.Last but not least,this paper looks forward to the future application prospects of fluorescent molecules.
