摘 要:基于权力—依赖理论和认知评价理论,以创新生态系统为情境,从核心企业权力的2个维度——强制性权力和非强制性权力,探讨核心企业权力对伙伴企业情感性承诺的影响机制,并将组织间依赖作为调节变量引入两者的假设关系模型。结果表明:(1)在创新生态系统中,核心企业强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺之间呈倒U型关系;核心企业非强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺正相关;(2)在创新生态系统中,依赖不对称会使核心企业强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺间的倒U型关系更为陡峭;而联合依赖程度不会显著调节核心企业强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺间的倒U型关系;(3)在创新生态系统中,依赖不对称会弱化核心企业非强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺间的正向关系;而联合依赖程度会强化核心企业非强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺间的正向关系。In an innovation ecosystem,Keystone uses power to motivate its business partners to stay in its innovation ecosystem to provide components and complement goods and services.However,the extant literature has controversial conclusions on the relationship between Keystone’s power and its partners’affective commitment.Therefore,based on power-dependence theory and cognitive evaluation theory,the effect of Keystone’s power on its partners’affective commitment is explored in the context of innovation ecosystem.Power is defined as the ability of Keystone to influence the behavior and decision-making processes of its partners in an innovation ecosystem.Affective commitment is defined as the extent to which partners are willing to maintain relationships with Keystone.Organizational dependence is defined as the extent to which Keystone and its partners need each other’s help to achieve their goals.Based on power-dependence theory and cognitive evaluation theory,a conceptual framework is constructed with Keystone’s power as independent variable,the partners’affective commitment as dependent variable,and interorganizational dependence as moderator variable.The independent variable is defined as having two dimensions,i.e.coercive power and non-coercive power.Correspondingly,the moderator variable is also defined as having two dimensions,i.e.dependence asymmetry and joint dependence.The scales for the aforementioned variables are mature and widely accepted.The data are collected by using a questionnaire survey.The sample companies are chosen from four industries,electronic information,biopharmaceutical,precision instrument and automobile in Jiangsu Province and Shanghai City.The setting of screening items can ensure that the sample companies are partner companies within Keystones’innovation ecosystem.The survey period spanned from December 2017 to April 2018,with 324 valid questionnaires obtained.Multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to verify the hypothesis.The questionnaire has high level of reliabil
