自然旅游地旅游者恢复性环境感知维度构成:测量量表开发的视角

摘　　要：立足于跟踪国内外对恢复性环境感知的理论研究,以新疆喀纳斯这一典型的自然旅游地为研究靶区,运用文献分析、深度访谈、网络文本分析的质性研究方法,提炼旅游者恢复性环境感知测量指标,开发旅游者恢复性感知的测量量表,进而利用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的定量研究方法,判别并验证了旅游者恢复性环境感知的维度构成。结果表明:自然旅游地旅游者恢复性环境感知包含迷人、新奇、兼容性、逃逸和一致性5个维度21个测项,所开发的量表信效度较好,有利于目的地管理者深刻理解旅游者恢复性体验的内涵,为学界后续游客恢复性感知的因果机制研究提供参考。Based on the theory of domestic and foreign scholars'research on restorative environment perception,this article takes Xinjiang Kanas,a typical natural tourist destination,as the research target area,and comprehensively refines tourists based on literature analysis,in-depth interviews,and online text content analysis.The measurement index of restorative environment perception was developed.The measurement scale of the perception of restorative environment perception of tourists in natural tourist destinations was developed.The exploratory factor analysis was used to test the dimensional composition of the restorative environment perception of tourists in such tourist destinations.The results show that the scale developed by the research institute has a good overall structure and a high level of reliability and validity.It can be considered that the restorative environment perception structure system of tourists in natural tourism destinations is mainly composed of charm,novelty,compatibility,escape and consistency.These dimensions are composed of 21 indicators.At the same time,the theoretical implications of the research and future research directions are also discussed.
