摘　　要：文章介绍了疾控机构网络舆情监测工作开展情况,回顾分析了SARS疫情和人感染H7N9禽流感疫情事件网络舆情特征,指出了疾控机构网络舆情监测工作存在的问题,提出了改进建议。建立有效的网络舆情监测预警机制,分析、研判、处置网络舆情,对疾控工作的开展具有重要意义。This paper introduces the work of network public opinion monitoring of disease control organizations,analyzes the characteristics of network public opinions of SARS epidemic and H7N9 avian influenza epidemic,points out the existing problems of network public opinion monitoring of disease control organizations,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The establishment of effective network public opinion monitoring and early warning mechanism,analysis,research and disposal of network public opinions is of great significance to the development of disease control work.
