摘　　要：科研项目管理是对科研活动全过程、全方位的管理。文章阐述了军工企业科研项目管理的现状,提出军工企业科研管理者应转变思维方式和管理理念,并结合自身的工作经验,提出了几点创新军工企业科研项目管理、促进科研项目发展的建议。Scientific research project management is the management for the whole process of scientific research activities in an all-round way.This paper expounds the present situation of scientific research project management of military industry enterprises,puts forward that scientific research managers of military industry enterprises should change their thinking mode and management idea.Furthermore,it puts forward some suggestions on innovating the scientific research project management of military industry enterprises and promoting the development of scientific research project.
