摘 要:随着油田地面建设的优化简化,环状掺水集油工艺在华北油田大力推广,但是该工艺在实际应用中存在单井掺水量大、掺水能耗高、影响因素多等问题。针对环状掺水集油工艺在应用中存在的问题,以油田数字化监控系统为依托,建立了环状掺水能耗优化模型,得到最优的掺水参数,并自主制订了单管环状掺水集油工艺调控原则,研发了掺水集油优化系统,利用模糊控制算法实现了掺水参数的智能调控,构建了国内首个环状掺水集油智能优化控制系统。该系统在华北油田某联合站现场成功应用,降低了热力能耗及动力能耗,节约了集油运行费用。With the optimization of oilfield ground construction,the annular water-blended oil gathering process in Huabei Oilfield is heavily promoted.In reality,the process has the problems of large water amount needed in single well,high energy consumption and many influencing factors.Therefore,this paper establishes the optimization model of the energy consumption in the annular water-blended oil gathering process based on the digital monitoring system of the oilfield,obtains the optimal water mixing parameters,designs the control principle independently,develops the optimization system,uses the fuzzy control algorithm to realize intelligent control of watering parameters,and constructs the first domestic intelligent optimization control system of the annular water-blended oil gathering process.Now the system is applied in a joint station of Huabei Oilfield successfully,which reduces thermal energy and power consumption,and saves oil gathering operation cost.
