摘　　要：文章从移动图书馆概念引出其建设原则以及构建模块,最终分析了高校移动图书馆服务平台建设与应用存在的不足以及相应对策,以期能够提升高校移动图书馆的应用服务水平。This paper introduces the construction principle and construction module from the concept of mobile library,and finally analyzes the shortcomings of the construction and application of mobile library service platform in colleges and universities and the corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the application service level of mobile library in colleges and universities.
