乡村教师计算机培训实践与方案探究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,我国教育政策也在不断地改革完善,其中最为注重的是利用多媒体设备进行教学,以提升教师教学质量与学校的教学效益。但因农村经济条件有限,农村教育一直跟不上我国教育改革的步伐。基于此,文章以乡村教师计算机培训为研究出发点,探索乡村教师计算机培训的实践方案,首先分析乡村教师计算机培训的内涵与必要性,其次分析乡村教师计算机培训实践现状,最后提出乡村教师计算机实践方案,以期为我国乡村教师计算机培训提供参考依据。With the rapid development of social economy,the educational policy of our country is constantly reforming and perfecting,among which the most important thing is to use multimedia equipment to carry on the teaching,in order to improve the teacher s teaching quality and the school s teaching benefit.However,because of the limited rural economic conditions,rural education has been unable to keep up with the pace of education reform in China.Based on this,this paper takes the rural teacher computer training as the research starting point,explores the rural teacher computer training practice plan,firstly analyzes the rural teacher computer training connotation and the necessity,secondly analyzes the rural teacher computer training practice present situation,finally,the computer practice scheme of rural teachers is put forward in order to provide reference for computer training of rural teachers in China.
