摘 要:为了降低小型企业的劳动成本,文章分析了已有的优选横截锯的功能和结构,从提高产品的自动化水平和增加产品功能的多样性角度出发,设计了一种优选横截锯。它不仅能够电脑自动识别木材质量缺陷检测、自动锯切,还能够实现任意角度切割。不仅减少了工人的劳动强度,也保证了木材的良品率。文章的研究对未来优选横截锯的发展、改进提出了新方向、新角度。In order to reduce the labor cost of small enterprises,this paper analyzed the function and structure of the existing optimal cross cutting saw.In order to improve the automation level of products and increase the diversity of product functions,a kind of optimal cross cutting saw was designed.It could not only automatically identify wood quality defects detection,automatic sawing,but also realized arbitrary angle cutting.It not only reduced the labor intensity of workers,but also ensured the yield of wood.The research in this paper puts forward a new direction and new angle for the development and improvement of the cross cutting saw in the future.
