摘  要:文章对除氧器水位控制调节阀振荡问题进行了分析,得出其原因在于调节阀PID参数设置不合理,机组调试期间的扰动试验未能充分验证调节阀工作的稳定性,并对阀门的设计选型、控制系统的调试和维修方法提出了建议。The oscillation problem of the deaerator water level control regulating valve was analyzed and it was concluded that the reason was that the PID parameter setting of the regulating valve was unreasonable,and the disturbance test during unit commissioning failed to fully verify the stability of the control valve.Suggestions on valve design and selection,commissioning and maintenance of control system were put forward.
