同步放化疗与序贯性放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的效果观察及临床价值

摘　　要：目的:分析同步放化疗与序贯性放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年6月采用放化疗治疗的中晚期食管癌患者80例,按放化疗措施差异分为两组,各40例。对照组采用序贯性放化疗;观察组采用同步放化疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及2年生存率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清多功能细胞因子(TGF-β1)及细胞增殖调控因子(IGF-1)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中晚期食管癌治疗期间采取同步放化疗治疗的效果明显优于序贯性放化疗,在延长患者生存时间方面具有显著效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy and sequential chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2018,80 cases of patients with middle and advanced esophageal cancer who received chemotherapy and radiotherapy were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the difference of chemoradiotherapy,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sequential radiotherapy and chemotherapy,while the observation group was treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and two-year survival rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum TGF-β1 and IGF-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy during the treatment of middle and advanced esophageal cancer is significantly better than that of sequential radiotherapy and chemotherapy,it has a significant effect on prolonging the survival time of patients.
