摘　　要：目的:观察大肠水疗对便秘患者结肠气钡双重造影检查结果的影响。方法:2018年11月-2020年3月收治结肠气钡双重造影检查的便秘患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组在检查前2 h行大肠水疗;对照组检查前2 h行清洁灌肠。比较两组检查效果。结果:观察组结肠显影效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大肠水疗对便秘患者结肠气钡双重造影检查显影效果良好。Objective:To observe the effect of large intestinal hydrotherapy on the results of colonic air-barium double contrast examination in patients with constipation.Methods:From November 2018 to March 2020,60 patients with constipation examined by air-barium double contrast examination of colon were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with large intestine hydrotherapy 2 hours before examination.The control group was treated with clean enema 2 hours before examination.The examination effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The visualization effect of colonography in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Large intestine hydrotherapy has a good effect on colonic air-barium double contrast examination in patients with constipation.
