膻中穴临床应用现状

摘　　要：膻中穴是任脉要穴,为八会穴中气会,主调一身之气,凡气病皆可治。膻中穴位于两乳之间,主上焦气病。临床常应用膻中穴配伍他穴,采用针刺、贴敷、推拿、理疗等方法,治疗心肺疾病、乳房疾病、呃逆等上中焦疾病。基于经络关联理论,也被应用于治疗偏头痛、中风后抑郁、慢性咽炎等疾病。但膻中穴对呃逆等上中焦病的治疗机制目前尚不明确,可能因针刺导致腹壁紧张从而抑制内脏活动所致,有待进一步深入研究。Tanzhong(RN 17)is an important point of conception vessel.It is the qi meeting place of eight meeting points.It mainly regulates the qi of the whole body.All qi diseases can be treated through it.As far as the location of Tanzhong is concerned,it is between the two breasts,so it is especially important for qi diseases in triple energizer.In clinical practice,Tanzhong is often used in combination with other points.Acupuncture,sticking,massage,physiotherapy and other methods are often also used to treat heart and lung disease,breast disease,hiccup and other upper and middle energizer diseases.It is also used to treat migraine,post-stroke depression,chronic pharyngitis and other diseases based on the theory of meridian correlation.However,the therapeutic mechanism of Tanzhong point on hiccup and other diseases in upper and middle energizers is still unclear.Considering that acupuncture may cause abdominal wall tension and thus inhibit visceral activity,it needs further study.
