摘　　要：《黄帝内经》有问答形式的讨论以及直接论述两种写作方式,既有直接引述前人理论的内容,也有综述前人论点和解释古代医论的内容。《黄帝内经》中有时称"黄帝",有时称"帝",类似古代帝王的起居录,故只有黄帝与臣子或御医之间的对话和举止才可能被记录下来,其对话是真实情景的记录。《黄帝内经·灵枢》成书于公元110-120年,此时的统治者为邓后,而邓后发起了东汉的两次校书,其言行与《黄帝内经》中的黄帝有很多类似之处,故推断黄帝原型或为邓后。邓后的近臣,太医丞郭玉精通针灸,或为岐伯。郭玉的师公涪翁著有《针经》,此书可能是《黄帝内经·灵枢》的底本,即《黄帝内经》中多次提到的"九针九篇"。此外,郭玉的师傅程高,以及借名为伯高、少师、少俞、雷公等的宫廷御医也参与了《黄帝内经·灵枢》的编纂。There are two writing methods in Huang Di Nei Jing,namely,question-and-answer discussion and direct illustration.It not only directly quotes the content of previous theories,but also summarizes the previous theories and explains the content of ancient medical theories.In Huang Di Nei Jing,Huang Di is sometimes called Di,which is similar to the daily records of an ancient emperor.Therefore,only the dialogue and behavior between Huang Di and his courtiers or imperial doctors can be recorded.The dialogue is a record of the real situation.Huang Di Nei Jing·Ling Shu was written in 110-120 AD.The ruler at this time was Deng Hou,and Deng Hou initiated two proofreading of the Eastern Han Dynasty,whose words and deeds are similar to that of Huang Di in Huang Di Nei Jing.Therefore,it is inferred that the Huang Di′s prototype may be Deng Hou.Guo Yu,the courtier of Deng Hou and the imperial physician,was proficient in acupuncture,so he may be the prototype of Qi Bo.Guo Yu′s master,Fu Weng,who was the author of Zhen Jing,or Jiu Zhen Jiu Pian,which was mentioned many times in Huang Di Nei Jing,may be the original version of Huang Di Nei Jing·Ling Shu.In addition,Guo Yu′s master Cheng Gao,as well as the imperial physicians named Bogao,Shaoshi,Shaoyu,Lei Gong,etc.also participated in the compilation of the Huang Di Nei Jing·Ling Shu.
