基于“天人相应”理论的中医时间学研究进展

摘　　要：基于"天人相应"理论的中医时间学包括日节律、月节律、四时节律、年节律、时辰节律。根据"天人相应"理论的中医时间学在现代临床的应用,发现按照时间节律养生和治疗疾病是中医研究新的突破口。但目前尚存在一些问题:现代医务工作者多集中于对《黄帝内经》《伤寒杂病论》等中医经典论著的研究,而对其他的中医类古籍研究较少;较多观点还不能进行系统的原理阐释或者严格的临床试验和数据分析,在现代医学界还存在不少质疑;被验证的一些观点只是在某个临床学科中运用。未来可以进一步开展对中医时间医学理论的研究,深入探索人体生理病理与中医时间医学理论之间的联系,并进行系统的临床试验研究甚至是多中心、多学科之间的合作,探讨作用机制,更好地发挥中医学的特色,并且积极运用于临床工作。TCM chronology based on the theory of"correspondence between nature and man"includes daily rhythm,monthly rhythm,four-hour rhythm,annual rhythm,and hour rhythm.According to the application of TCM chronology based on the theory of"correspondence between nature and man"in some modern clinical fields,it is found that keeping in good health and curing diseases according to the rhythm of time is a new breakthrough in the research of TCM and western medicine.However,there are still some problems:modern medical workers mostly concentrate on the research on classics of Chinese medicine such as Huang Di Nei Jing and Shang Han Za Bing Lun,while there is less research on other ancient Chinese medicine books.There are some views cannot be systematically conducted and many doubts in the modern medical field for the interpretation of the principle or strict clinical trials and data analysis;some of the verified views are found and then applied in a certain clinical discipline.In the future,we can further carry out research on the theory of TCM time medicine,deeply explore the relationship between human physiology and pathology and TCM time medicine theory,and conduct systematic clinical trial research and even multi-center and multi-disciplinary cooperation to explore the mechanism of action.Using scientific theories to explain,I believe that the characteristics of Chinese medicine can be better utilized and actively used in clinical work.
