摘 要:针对当前选煤厂带式输送机启动阶段对电网及设备造成的冲击,在分析液黏软启动装置的基础上,以PID控制算法为核心实现对选煤厂带式输送机软启动装置控制策略的设计,对PID控制参数进行最优化设计,最终验证了基于PID控制策略的液黏软启动装置对带式输送机的控制效果。In view of the impact of the current coal preparation plant belt conveyor on the power grid and equipment during the start-up phase,based on the analysis of the liquid viscous soft start device,the PID control algorithm was used as the core to realize the control strategy of soft start device for the belt conveyor of coal preparation plant.This paper carried out the optimal design of PID control parameters,and finally verified the control effect of the liquid viscous soft start device based on the PID control strategy on the belt conveyor.
