摘　　要：目的探讨经腹改进入路腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺神经节细胞瘤的临床效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院2000年1月至2019年12月收治的肾上腺神经节细胞瘤患者10例,均行经腹改进入路腹腔镜切除手术治疗。观察手术及随访预后指标。结果10例患者手术过程均顺利,手术时间40~140 min、中位手术时间75 min,术中出血量10~100 ml、中位出血量50 ml,住院时间3~7 d、中位住院时间5.5 d,无中转开放手术,无严重并发症。术后10例患者均随访,最长随访10年患者均未见复发。结论经腹改进入路腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺神经节细胞瘤安全、有效。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of improved transperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in treating adrenal ganglioneuroma.Methods Ten patients with adrenal ganglioneuroma admitted to Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2000 to December 2019 were selected.All patients were treated by improved transperitoneal laparoscopic surgery.The indexs of operation and follow-up prognosis were observed.Results The operation went smoothly,the operation time was 40-140 min,the median operation time was 75 min,the intraoperative blood loss was 10-100 ml,the median blood loss was 50 ml,the hospitalization time was 3-7 d,and the median hospitalization time was 5.5 d.There was no transition to open surgery and no serious complications.All the 10 patients were followed up,and no recurrence was found during the longest follow-up of 10 years.Conclusion Improved transperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal ganglioma is safe and effective.
