摘　　要：杏仁多肽是杏仁蛋白酶解获得的生物活性肽,具有美白、抗衰老和护发作用。本文分析了杏仁多肽的制备和分离纯化方法,并对其结构组成和护肤护发性能进行了评价。揭示了加强杏仁多肽的制备工艺研究,确保产品的稳定一致,是拓展其在化妆品应用的关键。Almond peptide,a bioactive peptide from almond protein enzymolysis,has the effects of whitening,antisenescence and haircare.The article analyses the methods of its preparation and purification,evaluates its structural composition and activities of skincare and haircare,and reveals the key of expanding its application on cosmetics is strengthening the research on peptide manufacturing technology,and keeping the products stable and uniform.
