摘　　要：随着酒精依赖给患者带来认知障碍等一些不良后果,明确酒精依赖所致认知障碍的相关分子改变尤为重要,探讨其相关分子改变与认知功能障碍的关系,为评价酒精依赖引起的认知障碍的早期发现和早期干预提供依据。As alcohol dependence brings some adverse consequences to patients such as cognitive impairment, it is particularly important to clarify the molecular changes related to cognitive impairment caused by alcohol dependence, and to explore the relationship between related molecular changes and cognitive dysfunction in order to evaluate the effects of alcohol dependence. Provide evidence for early detection and early intervention of cognitive impairment.
