固相微萃取-便携式GC/MS快速测定水中痕量有机磷农药

摘　　要：采用固相微萃取-便携式气相色谱/质谱联用法(In-situ SPME/GC-MS)分析地表水和废水中6种有机磷农药,通过优化测定条件,使6种有机磷农药在2.00μg/L^50.0μg/L范围内线性良好。方法检出限为0.33μg/L^1.22μg/L,低、高质量浓度标准溶液6次测定结果的RSD为6.8%~17.5%,加标回收率为84.9%~109%,与实验室方法的测定结果基本一致。A method for the determination of 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide in surface water and wastewater was established by solid phase microextraction-portable gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(In-situ SPME/GC-MS).By optimizing the measurement parameters,the method had good linearity in the concentration range of 2.00μg/L to 50.0μg/L,the method detection limits were between 0.33μg/L and 1.22μg/L.The RSDs of 6 measurements of standard solution at high and low mass concentration levels were 6.8%~17.5%,the recoveries were 84.9%~109%.The result was consistent with that by the laboratory method.
