摘  要:针对传统布水器存在的布水不均匀和布水孔堵塞等问题,本文研究了一种新型单孔布水器。首先,在UG中建立了单孔布水器的三维模型,并利用运动仿真模块进行了运动过程的干涉检查;然后利用NX中的“机电一体化概念设计”模块,对其进行了电机脉冲信号输入的电机虚拟仿真。最后,在LabVIEW中构建了图形界面作为控制台,采用KEPServer作为OPC连接器进行LabVIEW与NX的机电一体化OPC端口的连接,实现两者的联合仿真。Aiming at the problems of non-uniform water distribution and blockage of water distribution hole in traditional water distributor,a new single-hole water distributor is studied in this paper.Firstly,the 3D model of the single-hole water distributor is built in UG,and the motion simulation module is used to check the interference during the motion process.Then the"Mechatronics Conceptual Design"module in NX is used to simulate the motor pulse.Finally,the graphical interface was built in LabVIEW as the console,and KEPServer was used as the OPC connector to connect LabVIEW and NX's mechatronic OPC port,so as to realize the joint simulation.
