摘　　要：脑胶质瘤作为一种常见的脑内原发性肿瘤,占中枢神经系统肿瘤的一半以上,且恶性程度高,临床预后差。长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)是一种新发现的RNA转录本,在基因组中广泛转录。一些LncRNA的异常表达与脑胶质瘤复发以及临床预后相关,其参与了脑胶质瘤的发生发展,有可能成为脑胶质瘤潜在的生物标志物和治疗靶点。目前认为LncRNA在恶性胶质瘤中发挥着抑癌和促癌两种作用,深入研究LncRNA抑癌基因和促癌基因的作用机制,将为恶性胶质瘤患者治疗提供新的思路。As a common primary tumor in the brain,gliomas account for more than half of central nervous system tumors,with high malignancy and poor clinical prognosis.Long noncoding RNA(LncRNA)is a newly discovered RNA transcript,which is widely transcribed in the genome.Some abnormal expression of LncRNA is related to the recurrence and clinical prognosis of gliomas,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of gliomas,and may become potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets of gliomas.At present,it is believed that LncRNA plays two roles of tumor suppressor and tumor promoter in gliomas,further study on the mechanism of LncRNA tumor suppressor gene and tumor promoter gene will provide new ideas for the treatment of malignant glioma.
