绵阳市民营企业要素成本管理浅析

摘　　要：绵阳市作为中国科技城、西部现代化强市,民营经济已成为创业就业的主要领域、技术创新的重要载体,也是财政收入的重要来源。但在目前整个经济增速放缓的宏观背景下,民营经济面临要素成本快速上升、研发投入不足、发展不均衡等问题,企业相应的利润空间越来越小。论文调查绵阳市民营企业要素成本现状,摸清其发展困境,剖析民营企业要素成本相关问题,从政府、企业层面提出相关对策。As China's science and technology city and a strong modern city in western China,Mianyang's private economy has become the main field of entrepreneurship and employment,an important carrier of technological innovation,and an important source of fiscal revenue.However,under the macro background of the overall economic slowdown,the private economy is faced with such problems as rapidly rising factor costs,insufficient research and development investment and unbalanced development,and the corresponding profit space of enterprises is getting smaller and smaller.This paper investigates the current situation of factor cost of private enterprises in Mianyang City,finds out its development dilemma,analyzes related problems of factor cost of private enterprises,and puts forward relevant countermeasures from the government and enterprise level.
