摘　　要：科技创新对一个国家和地区的经济社会发展、人才赋能具有重要战略意义。习近平总书记指出,人才是第一资源,是国家科技创新力的根本源泉。论文在学习总书记在科学家座谈会上讲话精神基础上,重点阐述科技创新对人才赋能提出的新要求,分析科技创新对人才赋能的政策效应,分享人才赋能培养的实践案例,以期能为赋能人才培养、助力邮政行业发展贡献力量。Scientific and technological innovation is of great strategic significance to the economic and social development and talent empowerment of a country or region.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that talent is the first resource and the fundamental source of national scientific and technological innovation.Based on the spirit of the general secretary's speech at the Symposium on Scientists,this paper focuses on the new requirements of scientific and technological innovation on talent empowerment,analyzes the policy effect of scientific and technological innovation on talent empowerment,and shares practical cases of talent empowerment training,so as to contribute to the cultivation of enabling talents and the development of postal industry.
