摘　　要：随着各地政府积极推进科技创新,政府积极参与的产学研联盟成为当前我国产学研合作的重要特征。由于产学研联盟的参与各方利益诉求不同,对于产学研联盟的稳定性带来一定的不利影响。科学合理的收益分配机制是保证联盟稳定性的重要因素。论文采用Shapley值法对产学研联盟的收益分配机制进行研究。通过收益分配模型的构建,论文对产学研联盟中各方收益函数进行解析,得出影响联盟稳定性的因素,通过算例分析,得出提高联盟稳定性的关键在于提升产学研联盟的整体收益。在此基础上,论文对于进一步完善产学研联盟收益分配机制提出相应的建议。With the active promotion of scientific and technological innovation by governments in various places,industry-university-research alliance with government's active participation have become an important feature of the current industry-university-research cooperation in China.Due to the different interest demands of all parties participated in the industry-university-research alliance,it has a certain negative impact on the stability of the industry-university-research alliance.Scientific and reasonable income distribution mechanism is an important factor to ensure the stability of the alliance.The paper uses the Shapley value method to study the income distribution mechanism of the industry-university-research alliance.Through the construction of the income distribution model,the paper analyzes the income function of all parties in the industry-university-research alliance,and obtains the factors that affect the stability of the alliance.Through the analysis of numerical examples,the paper concludes that the key to improving the stability of the alliance is to increase the overall income of the industry-university-research alliance.Based on this,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for further improving the income distribution mechanism of industry-university-research alliance.
