摘 要:烯烃复分解反应是有机合成最重要的反应之一,而催化剂对该反应起决定性作用,随着更稳定、高效的商业化催化剂问世,拓展了该反应的应用范围,特别是在生物质利用方面。植物油脂作为重要的生物质资源,富含不饱和脂肪酸,通过烯烃复分解反应将脂肪链切断或重组,获得的不同分子链端基团,赋予其特定的功能,为实现植物油脂制备高附加值化学品开辟了广阔前景。本文围绕烯烃复分解反应在植物油脂组分修饰中的应用,简述该反应的反应类型和机理,介绍了几种典型的金属络合催化剂,重点阐述了植物油脂的烯烃复分解利用,通过烯烃分解、制备聚合单体等方式进一步利用到各领域中的进展。Olefin metathesis reaction has been one of the most important reactions in organic synthesis as yet,with the development of commercially-available more stable and robust catalysts which are crucial for olefin metathesis reaction,the utilization was expanded especially in biomass,such as the catalytic conversion of fat and oils which are rich in unsaturated fatty acids,the different substrates are used for olefin metathesis with C-C double bond of fatty chain to cleave and reorganize the fatty chain and introduces specific groups into the fatty chain,so as to achieve special uses,Therefore,this utilization method is expected to brings more high value-added chemicals on fat and oil chemistry.This article is based on the utilization of vegetable fat and oils by olefin metathesis reaction,briefly demonstrates the type of reaction,the process mechanism,introduces several typical metal complex catalysts,and reviews the current research of ethenolysis,polymerization products and biomedical applications in vegetable fat and oils.
