摘  要:为今后消防救援车辆的选型更科学、更合理,漳州市消防支队接受消防救援车辆山区道路适应性测试的任务。经过查阅支队所属消防救援车辆技术档案,实地调查车型车况,选定五种典型车型各一辆为测试车辆。经过实地考查,选定一条连续下坡10 km的测试路段。根据任务的目的,选定制动器热衰退和动力性能为测试对象,通过测试车辆连续下坡后制动器温度变化,对制动距离的影响反映制动器热衰退性能,通过测试车辆上坡200 m所需的时间,反映车辆的动力性能。在测试中比较盘式制动器、鼓式制动器和排气制动装置对制动器温度变化和制动距离的影响,提出车辆选型配置建议。In order to make the selection of firefighting and rescue vehicles more scientific and sounder,the Zhangzhou Fire Brigade accepted the task of testing the adaptability of such vehicles on mountainous roads.After consulting the vehicles’technical files and investigating the their conditions on the spot,the Fire Brigade chose five typical vehicle models as test vehicles.Following a field survey,a 10-kilometers-long continuous uphill road section was selected.In view of the purpose of the task,the thermal decay and dynamic performances of the brakes were tested.The thermal decay performance of the brakes was measured by testing the impact of the temperature change of the brakes on the braking distance of the vehicle running continuously downhill.The dynamic performance of the vehicle was measured by testing the time required by the vehicle to run uphill for 200 meters.In the tests,the effects of disc brakes,drum brakes and exhaust brakes on the range of brake temperatures and the braking distance were compared.Thus,some recommendations for vehicle selection and configuration are put forward.
