摘 要:更为精确的城市功能区识别能为规划和设计干预提供具体依据,而近年来新兴数据的出现为该目标的实现提供了可能。本文首先建构了基于兴趣点、建筑轮廓和城市路网数据的城市功能区综合识别的技术框架,接着以中国香港为例开展实证分析。研究结果发现,香港城市功能区的类型和强度特征分布总体上呈现出“圈层结构”,但功能和强度的组合结果表明,不同综合特征的功能区分布较为分散且高强度的单一功能区较为缺乏。未来香港城市发展有必要将单一功能区向更为混合的功能转变、低值强度区向更高强度的开发转变。More precise identification of functional urban areas can provide a concrete basis for planning and design interventions,and the emergence of new data in recent years has made it possible to achieve this goal.This paper first constructs a technical framework for the comprehensive identification of urban functional areas based on the point of interest,building contours and urban road network data,and then takes Hong Kong as an empirical study case.This paper finds that the overall distribution of urban functional area types and intensity characteristics in Hong Kong present a“circle structure”,while the combination of the function and intensity shows that the distribution of functional areas with different comprehensive features are more scattered and single functional areas with high intensities are lacking.In the future,there is a need for Hong Kong’s urban development to shift from single function areas to more mixed functions,and from low value intensity areas to higher intensity development.
