摘　　要：目的:探讨原钙黏蛋白10(PCDH10)在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测55例DLBCL组织(DLBCL组)和23例炎性增生淋巴结组织(炎性组)中PCDH10的表达,并结合患者临床资料进行分析。结果:DLBCL组PCDH10的阳性表达率为29.1%,低于炎性组(65.2%)(P=0.003)。DLBCL组织中PCDH10的表达与LDH水平、Ki-67、Ann Arbor分期和国际预后评分指数(IPI)均有关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄、有无骨髓侵犯无关(P>0.05)。DLBCL组织中PCDH10阳性表达率随Ann Arbor分期进展和IPI增加均呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论:PCDH10在DLBCL组织中低表达,其低表达与DLBCL的恶性程度及不良预后有关,可为病情和预后评估提供一定的参考。Aim:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of protocadherin 10(PCDH10)in diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL)tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PCDH10 in 55 cases of DLBCL tissue(DLBCL group)and 23 cases of proliferative lymph node tissue(inflammation group),and clinical data of patients were combined for analysis.Results:The positive rate of PCDH10 expression in the DLBCL group was 29.1%,which was significantly lower than that(65.2%)of the inflammation group(P<0.05).The positive expression of PCDH10 in the DLBCL tissue was related to LDH,Ki-67,Ann Arbor staging,and International Prognosis Index(IPI)(P<0.05),but not related to gender,age,or presence of bone marrow invasion(P>0.05).The PCDH10 positive expression rate in the DLBCL tissue showed a downward trend with the progress of Ann Arbor staging and the increase in IPI(P<0.05).Conclusion:PCDH10 is lowly expressed in DLBCL tissue,and its low expression is related to the malignant degree and bad prognosis of DLBCL,which can provide a certain reference for disease condition and prognosis assessment.
