粘接技术在年轻恒牙外伤固定治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：年轻恒牙外伤属于一种常见的口腔疾病之一,不仅会影响到年轻患者的咀嚼功能、美观性和颌骨发育,还会对患者的心理造成一定程度的影响,所以有必要对患者进行及时有效的治疗。年轻恒牙外伤治疗中最常用的方式就是对患牙进行固定治疗,固定技术的方式比较多,传统固定方式为牙弓夹板钢丝固定,这种固定会造成一系列问题,比如固定不到位、引发牙周炎等。随着粘接技术的不断使用,将其应用到年轻恒牙外伤固定治疗中,通过使用合适胶粘剂将夹板与患牙进行固定,这种操作方式对患者更加优异,能够降低患者疼痛感,属于一种弹性固定,更有利于患牙的治疗效果。为了更加明确粘接技术在年轻恒牙外伤固定中的治疗效果,文章通过实验分析,选择医院中符合条件的患者作为实验对象,将其分为2组,一组只用粘接技术对患牙进行固定,另外一组为对照组,其中使用的固定方式为牙弓夹板钢丝固定。实验结果表明,使用粘接技术固定年轻恒牙具有更好的疗效。Young permanent tooth trauma is one of the common oral diseases,which not only affects the chewing function,aesthetics and jaw development of young patients,but also affects the patient's psychology to a certain ex⁃tent,so it is necessary to provide timely and effective treatment to patients.The most commonly used method in the treatment of young permanent teeth trauma is to fix the tooth.There are many ways to fix the tooth.The traditional fixation method is the fixation of the dental arch splint wire.This fixation will cause a series of problems,such as im⁃proper fixation and triggering periodontitis and so on.With the continuous use of bonding technology,it is applied to the fixation treatment of young permanent teeth.The splint is fixed to the affected tooth by using a suitable adhesive.This operation method is more excellent for the patient and can reduce the pain of the patient.This kind of elastic fixation is more conducive to the treatment effect of the affected tooth.In order to be more clear about the therapeu⁃tic effect of bonding technology in the fixation of young permanent teeth,this paper selects eligible patients in hospi⁃tals as experimental subjects through experimental analysis,and divides them into two groups.One group uses only bonding technology to treat the affected teeth,and the other group is the control group,and the fixation method used is dental arch splint wire fixation.Experimental results show that the use of bonding technology to fix young perma⁃nent teeth has a better effect.
