摘 要:本研究采用自主设计的留守经历大学生积极心理品质朋辈团体心理辅导方案为干预工具,对朋辈辅导组进行实验干预。结果显示:实验干预后,朋辈辅导组与控制组在智能与知识、正直与勇气、人性与爱、正义与合作、自我管理与谦逊、灵性与超越和积极品质总分上的后测得分及其前后测得分均值差差异均显著,且前者高于后者。朋辈团体心理辅导对留守经历大学生积极心理品质的改善效果显著,具有推广价值。In this study,the self-designed peer group psychological counseling program for positive psychological quality of college students with left-behind experience is used as an intervention tool in peer counseling groups.The results show that after the experimental intervention there are significant differences between the peer counseling group and the control group regarding the total post-test scores and the pre-and post-test average scores of intelligence and knowledge,integrity and courage,humanity and love,justice and cooperation,self-management and humility,spirituality and transcendence,as well as positive quality.The scores in the peer counseling group are higher than those in the control group.Peer group psychological counseling has a significant influence on improving effective psychological quality of college students with left-behind experience and has value for promotion.
