摘　　要：为帮助质量管理小组成员理解创新型课题的活动内涵,针对当前小组活动在借鉴查新、方案创新、方案分解、创新点归纳等方面存在的问题,分析论述了创新型课题的选题导向及成果整理思路。In order to help the members of the QC group understand the connotation of innovative topics,this paper analyzes and discusses the topic selection orientation and achievement arrangement of innovative topics,aiming at the problems existing in the current group activities such as reference and novelty search,scheme innovation,scheme decomposition,and innovation point induction.
