摘　　要：双硫仑,又名四乙基二硫化秋兰姆。临床上广泛作为戒酒药使用,近年来研究证实其具有抗肿瘤活性,但机制具有种属及细胞特异性。由于双硫仑水溶性差,限制其作为抗肿瘤制剂在临床上应用。本文综合国内外研究报道,着重对双硫仑抗肿瘤作用机制进行综述,同时简述双硫仑相关的递送体系,希望为双硫仑应用于肿瘤的临床治疗提供参考。Disulfiram,also called tetraethylthiuram disulfide,has been widely used in clinical practice for the management of chronic alcoholism.Plenty research has shown evidence of promising anticancer efficacy of this agent in recent years,but the mechanism is specific to certain species or cells.Despite its excellent anticancer efficacy,the clinical use of disulfiram is hampered due to low solubility.This paper focused on the anti-tumor mechanism of disulfiram,and briefly described the delivery system of disulfiram based on domestic and foreign research reports,and then hope to provide references for the clinical application of disulfiram for cancer.
