摘　　要：目的:观察内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术对泪液系统功能的影响。方法:回顾性研究。选取2018年10月到2019年8月于武汉爱尔眼科医院汉口医院进行鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术的96例(111眼)纳入研究。观察术前及术后1个月、3个月的泪河高度变化。随访3个月。结果:本研究手术前后各时间点测得的泪河高度呈3种变化类型:持续升高型(32眼)、降低后再升高型(27眼)、持续降低型(52眼),各类型泪河高度术前术后差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术对泪液引流和分泌功能具有一定程度的影响。Objective To observe the influence of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy on function of lacrimal system.Methods This was a retrospective study.A total of 111 eyes of 96 patients who were treated with naso-endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy from Oct.2018 to Aug.2019 in Hankou Eye Hospital of Wuhan Aier were selected in this study.The height of tear meniscus was measured before operation,1 month and 3 months after operation.The follow-up time was 3 months.Results There were three types of height tear meniscus:increased steadily type in 32 eyes,descended first and then ascended type in 27 eyes,and decreased steadily type in 52 eyes.The difference in three types of height tear meniscus were statistically significant between preoperaion and postoperation(P<0.05).Conclusion The endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy has a certain influence on the tear drainage and secretion.
