摘  要:针对传统甲烷浓度检测器体积大,不易在狭小空间操作的问题,设计了一种基于单片机的甲烷浓度检测器。系统程序设计基于实时多任务操作系统μC/OSⅢ进行开发,利用卡尔曼滤波算法进行数据处理。硬件部分选用意法半导体公司的STM32F407作为主控芯片,选用红外甲烷传感器Prime1采集气体中甲烷含量参数,同时采用豪威OV2640摄像头记录检测画面,通过SD卡存储模块记录检测数据。经过实地测试,系统检测精度为0.01%,具备实用价值。Aiming at the problem that the traditional methane concentration detector is large and difficult to operate in a small space,a methane concentration detector based on a single chip microcomputer is designed.The system program design was developed based on the real⁃time multi⁃tasking operating systemμC/OSⅢ,and the Kalman filter algorithm was used for data processing.The hardware part uses STMicroelectronics’STM32F407 as the main control chip,and the infrared methane sensor Prime1 is used to collect the methane content parameters in the gas.At the same time,the Howway OV2640 camera is used to record the detection screen,and the detection data is recorded through the SD card storage module.After field test,the system detection accuracy is 0.01%,which has practical value.
