摘  要:对变电站进行有效地维护是电力系统重要的常态化工作之一。为了解决变电站传统人工巡检方式存在的效率低、任务量大等问题,文中基于红外热像监测机器人设计了一种变电站无人巡检系统。该系统包括基于无线AP实现的通讯层、基于普朗克黑体辐射定律和激光无轨化导航策略实现的终端层及基于B/S结构构建的基站层,能够实现巡检、监测、红外测温、噪声识别等综合变电站检查功能。结合变电站的实际情况与工作需要,对各项功能进行验证、测试和完善。测试结果表明,该系统的红外测温误差不超过1℃,各项巡检操作也能正常、平稳地运行,为变电站无人巡检提供了一种解决方案。The effective maintenance of the substation is one of the important normalization work of the power system.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and large task in the traditional manual inspection of the substation,an unmanned inspection system of the substation is designed based on the infrared thermal image monitoring robot.The system consists of communication layer based on wireless AP,terminal layer based on Planck's blackbody radiation law and laser trackless navigation strategy,and base station layer based on B/S structure,which can realize inspection,monitoring,infrared temperature measurement,noise identification and other comprehensive substation inspection functions.Combined with the actual situation and work needs of the substation,the functions are verified,tested and improved.The test results show that the infrared temperature measurement error of the system is not more than 1℃,and the patrol operation can also operate normally and stably,which provides a solution for the unmanned patrol inspection of the substation.
