中英全科医师规范化培训体系现状及对比研究

摘　　要：全科医师规范化培训是当前我国基层医疗发展的重要方向。我国全科医学规范化培训起步较晚,与英国有较大的差距。通过比较中国和英国全科医师规范化培训体系的异同,并借鉴英国较为成熟、完善的教育理念及培训方法,为我国全科医师规范化培训体系的构建和完善提供一定的参照依据,从而促进我国全科医学的发展。General practice residency training program is the tendency of the primary medical care.General practice residency training program in China did not start until several years ago,though developing quickly,there is still a long distance away from Britain,where general practice has gone through a long history and conformed a perfect standardized training system.In this article,we compare the general practice residency training programs in China and Britain.We also provide some advice referring to the experiences in Britain for the development of general practice residency training program in China to contribute to the development of general practice.
