摘　　要：优秀的医学人才必须兼具精湛的医术和高尚的职业精神。在新冠肺炎抗疫时期,医生职业精神的重要性得到了充分体现。医学生阶段是确立职业精神的关键时期,因此医学生的职业精神教育是医学生培养的重要一环。团学活动是培养职业精神的一个很好的载体,对其进行创新的改良有利于更好地培养医学生职业精神。Excellent medical talents are required to have both excellent medical skills and noble professional spirit. In the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic period, the importance of doctors’ occupation spirit has been fully reflected. The stage of medical students is the key period to establish the professional spirit, so the professional spirit education is an important part of the training of medical students. The group learning activity is a good carrier to cultivate professional spirit, the innovative improvement of which will be beneficial to professional spirit cultivation.
