眼睑美容切口可以同时矫正眼睑及中面部松垂吗?

摘　　要：探讨眉下联合下睑缘切口矫正上睑区及中面部软组织松垂的临床应用效果。2016年12月至2017年12月潍坊市益都中心医院医学美容科收治眼睑及中面部软组织松垂患者76例。均采取眉下切口及下睑缘切口进行手术,评估手术效果和并发症情况,随访1年。总体满意率为96.05%(73/76)。提示眼睑美容切口具有创伤小、安全性高的优点,可以作为眼睑及面中部老化手术的切口选择之一。To evaluate the effect of combined eyebrow and lower eyelid blepharoplasty for the correction of periorbital aging.76 patients who received upper eyelid area and middle facial correction in our department received combined subeyebrow and lower eyelid margin incision for peri-orbital rejuvenation.All patients were followed up for 1 year.51 cases were deemed significantly effective postoperatively for periorbital rejuvenation,25 cases were effective.Among them,47 patients were very satisfied with the outcome of operation,26 cases were satisfied,and 3 cases were somewhat dissatisfied,the satisfaction rate was 96.05%(73/76).The combined incision of eyebrow and lower eyelid margin for correction of periorbital rejuvenation has a good cosmetic effect,and the surgical method is effective and safe.
