摘 要:目的:开发剂量验证计划生成系统,批量、自动化生成用于调强放疗(intensity modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)计划剂量验证的放疗计划。方法:利用Eclipse计划系统内置的应用程序开发接口Eclipse Scripting API,采用客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构,基于WPF(windows presentation foundation)框架和C#编程语言,设计包括参数设置、患者选择、计划选择和剂量验证计划生成4个模块的剂量验证计划生成系统。同时,随机调取30例IMRT计划生成对应的剂量验证计划,并比较自动生成和手工生成的用时。结果:该系统生成30例剂量验证计划用时627 s,手工生成用时3032 s,2种生成方式生成的剂量验证计划的机械参数、计划参数、剂量学参数完全一致,符合设计要求。结论:剂量验证计划生成系统能够快速、高效、简便地生成剂量验证计划,避免了放疗物理师的重复劳动,减少了操作用时,提高了工作效率。Objective To develop a dosimetric verification plan generation system to batch and automate the generation of radiation therapy plans for dose verification for intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)planning.Methods A dosimetric verification plan generation system was developed with the built-in Eclipse Scripting API,C/S architecture,WPF(windows presentation foundation)framework and C#programming language,which was composed of four modules for parameter setting,patient selection,plan selection and dosimetric verification plan generation.At the same time,30 IMRT plans were randomly recalled to generate the corresponding dosimetric verification plans,and the time spent for automatic and manual generation was compared.Results It took the system developed 627 s to generate 30 dosimetric verification plans,while the manual method spent 3032 s.The two ways had the parameters of generated plans be completely consistent and meet the desired requirements such as mechanical parameters,planning parameters and dosimetric parameters.Conclusion The system developed generates dosimetric verification plans quickly,efficiently and easily,eliminating the need for repetitive labor by radiation therapy physicists,reducing operating time and improving efficiency.
