摘 要:产教融合是建设创新型国家的需要,更是应用型高校培养应用型人才的需要。与地方重点大学相比,地方应用型本科高校具有专任教师比例偏低、博士学历教师数及博士化率低、年科研经费及年师均科研经费较低等特点。在产教融合型师资队伍建设方面,存在着“重学历、轻能力”,“重理论、轻实践”,教师适应产教融合战略的主动性不强,引进培养机制不完善等突出问题。地方应用型高校产教融合型师资队伍的培养要有全新的定位和要求,应从组建多元融合的产教融合型师资队伍,建设实践导向的产教融合型师资队伍,健全应用导向的产教融合型师资队伍评价机制等方面进行有益的探索。The integration of production and education is not only the need of building an innovative country,but also that of cultivating application-oriented talents in application-oriented universities.Compared with the local key universities,the application-oriented universities have low proportion of full-time teachers,less teachers with doctor degrees and lower doctoral rate,and lower annual research funds and annual average research funds.In team building of producer-teachers,there are some prominent problems,such as“weighing education background over ability”,“preferring theory to practice”,weak initiative and imperfect enlisting and training mechanism.From the perspective of producer-teacher training in local application-oriented universities,this paper expounds on the time orientation and requirements for the team building,probes how to establish a diversified and integrated producer-teacher team,build a practice-oriented teaching team,and improve the evaluation mechanism,thus providing a reference for the construction of teaching staff in application-oriented colleges and universities.
