金课背景下高等院校在线课建设的探索与实践--以吉林农业大学《发酵工程》为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着互联网+技术的飞速发展,大规模在线开放课程(Massive Open Online Course,英文缩写“MOOC”)受到各个高校的重视,这种信息化的课程形式受到了全世界各国学生的欢迎。高等院校课程建设(教学内容、教学方法、教学模式)都将会随着在线课的应用进行改变,因此,如何建设适合信息化时代的高校在线课是所有高校教师面临的一项亟待研究的重要课题。鉴于此,本文探讨了我校《发酵工程》在线课的建设经验,以期为同类院校在线课的建设提供有价值的参考。Ancient Chinese literature search and development:in recent years,with the rapid development of Internet plus technology,the new online open courses such as Massive Open Online Course(English abbreviation“MOOC”)have been rising worldwide.This information based curriculum has been welcomed by students from all over the world.The promotion and application of online course will inevitably change the teaching content,teaching method,teaching mode and teaching management system and mechanism.Therefore,how to build the online course suitable for the information age in Colleges and universities is an important subject that all university teachers are facing.In view of this,this paper discusses the construction experience of fermentation engineering online course in our university,in order to provide valuable reference for the construction of online course in similar colleges and universities.
