摘  要:目的观察体外反搏(ECP)对高血压脑出血术后患者肢体运动及神经功能状态康复的影响。方法80例高血压脑出血术后患者随机分为ECP组与对照组。对照组患者接受常规治疗,ECP组患者在常规治疗基础上加用ECP治疗。分别于ECP治疗前及治疗2周后、术后3个月比较两组患者偏瘫侧肢体肌力,以及术后3个月KPS评分。结果ECP治疗前两组患者瘫痪侧上肢、下肢肌力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,ECP组患者下肢肌力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,ECP组患者上、下肢肌力评分均较对照组增高(P<0.05)。术后3个月ECP组患者KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ECP有助于高血压脑出血术后患者的肢体肌力及神经功能状态的恢复。Objective To observe the effect of external counterpulsation(ECP)on myodynamia and neurological function in postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into ECP group and control group randomly Regular therapy was arranged for patients in control group.Patients in ECP group accepted ECP for 14 days beside conventional treatment.Myodynamia of hemiplegia limbs was compared between the two groups before and 2 weeks,3 months after ECP treatment.KPS score was compared between the two groups 3 months after operation.Results There were no statistically significant difference in myodynamia of hemiplegia limbs between the two groups before ECP therapy(P>0.05).The myodynamia of paralyzed lower limb in ECP group was higher than control group with statistically significant difference at the same time(P<0.05).Both the myodynamia of upper limb and lower limb in ECP group were higher than control group with statistically significant difference 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The KPS score was higher in ECP group than control group with statistically significant difference at 3months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion External counterpulsation was helpful for the recovery of paralyzed limbs and neurological function in postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
