摘 要:电解铜箔生产过程中会产生较多含硫酸铜及有机物的滤泥。硫酸铜作为一种重金属盐,对环境的危害极大。生产过程中对废液滤渣中硫酸铜的高效回收利用及处理,不仅有利于减少铜的流失,降低滤渣废液外排处理费用,也满足国家绿色环保发展的要求。为解决电解硫酸铜滤泥传统脱渣方法存在的劳动强度大、废渣含水量高等问题,基于烛式过滤器有着高效节能、密闭高精、维护简便、安全可靠、自动化程度较高等特点,设计了使用烛式过滤器对电解铜箔滤泥进行脱渣的方法和工艺流程,并在试验条件下对此方法和工艺效果进行验证,为在实际生产中的运行提供理论依据。During the production of electrolytic copper foil,more sludge containing copper sulfate and organic matter will be produced.As a kind of heavy metal salt,copper sulfate does great harm to the environment.The efficient recovery and treatment of the waste filtrate not only can reduce the loss of copper and the cost of the waste filtrate,but also can meet the requirements of the national environmental protection.In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and high water content of waste residue in the traditional deslagging method of copper sulfate filter mud,based on the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,high precision,simple maintenance,safety,reliability and high automation of the candle filter,the method and process flow of de-slagging of copper foil slime by using the candle filter are designed,the method and the technological effect are verified under the experimental conditions to provide the theoretical basis for the operation in the actual production.
