加强高校老干部图书资料室建设的几点思考

摘　　要：老干部图书资料室是老干部阅读、学习的重要场所,有利于丰富老干部的精神生活,助力老干部发挥余热作用。目前,各高校都建立了老干部图书资料室,在做好老干部工作中发挥了重要作用,但也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。为加强老干部图书资料室建设,应提高对老干部图书资料室建设重要性的认识,加大老干部图书资料室建设的投入,规范老干部图书资料室的管理,不断提高图书资料室工作人员的业务水平。The reference room for senior cadres is an important position for senior cadres to read and study,which is conducive to enriching their spiritual life and helping them to serve the society.At present,all colleges and universities have set up the reference rooms for senior cadres,which plays an important role in the work of senior cadres,but there are still some problems to be solved.In order to strengthen the construction of the reference room for senior cadres,it is necessary to improve the understanding of the importance of constructing reference room for senior cadres,increase the investment in the construction of reference room for senior cadres,standardize the management of reference room for senior cadres,and constantly improve the professional level of the staff in the reference room.
